Buying my first home

You can completely adapt your own home to your wishes and you build up capital with it. For example, nowadays you cannot borrow more than 100% of the value of the home (or up to 6% extra for energy-saving measures). You must therefore pay all additional costs with your own money. There is also good news for many starters. From 2021 there will be an exemption from the transfer
tax. That saves 2% of the purchase price. As a starter you can also make use of special financing
